My Go-To Healthy Snacks
Have you ever searched for an excessive amount of time to try to find snack ideas? Maybe it’s just me..... Either way, I have compiled this list of my favorite go-to snacks when I can’t seem to decide on what to eat. These snacks are perfect for any time of the year, and pretty much any time of the day. They are versatile and can be customized to fit dietary needs; they can also be made a little more healthy or a little less... depending on your mood. Enjoy picking your healthy snack!
- Avocado Toast (best with fried egg and crushed red pepper on top.... yum!)
- Popcorn
- Nut Butter Toast
- Apples with Nut Butter/Caramel
- Assorted Fruit (such as strawberries, blueberries, and kiwi mixed together!)
- Frozen Grapes (the BEST)
- Tuna with Crackers
- Tortilla Chips with Salsa/Guacamole
- Cereal (try to go for cereal without added sugar!)
- Celery with Nut Butter
- Carrots with Ranch
- Banana with Nut Butter
- Veggies with Hummus
- Hard Boiled Egg
- Cheese and Crackers
- Mixed Nuts
- Steamed Edamame
- Salad
- Dark Chocolate with Nut Butter
- Fruit Smoothie
